If your phone has an internet browser, you will be able to download the Easy Chicken App as a weblink, or you can use it directly in the web brower (Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, etc). 

The Easy Chicken App is a Progressive Web App, which means it can be used on any web device including a smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop. 

You can only use your free email address to sign into the Easy Chicken App. These are personal email addresses including Gmail, Yahoo, etc. It's also easy to use the Google Account sign-in option on the sign-in page. 

Complete the Placement Schedule to indicate that you are interested to order chicks, where you need them and how many you would like. We co-ordinate with out hatchery partners to include your booking in their hatching plan.  

You will be contacted 25 days or more before delivery to confirm the booking.

There are often surplus chicks available, however this cannot be guaranteed. We will check daily bookings to see if the available surplus can be dispatched to farmers. 

When you complete your profile, your farm will be geolocated. This puts your farm on the Live Broiler Map. On the Live Broiler Map, you can decide to update your current available chickens by clicking on the refresh button. When you do that, the number of available chickens will be visible on your map profile. 

The number will refresh everytime you click on that button with the most current number. 

Number of available chickens is a function of the number of chicks that were placed, all the losses that were recorded and all the chicken sales that were recorded against that flock. 

Your onboarding form includes your whatsapp number. This is the number that the buyer will use to contact you. 

Please ensure that the phone number on your profile is correct. 

Farmers are encouraged to be vigilant when dealing with chicken buyers. We call all users who register as buyers to verify them, however all responsibility remains with farmers to ensure that you are dealing with legitimate buyers.
