What a day looks like
- Morning: read the min/max thermometer, record the lowest and highest temperature, and reset it for tomorrow.
- Walk the house and change the footbath water.
- Record each feeding: morning, afternoon and evening. Copy yesterday’s feed with one tap.
- Record any losses on the day they happen.
- Once a week: weigh a few birds at a few spots in the house.
- When you give them: vaccines, medicines and supplements.
The app checks each record against the guide for your birds’ age and tells you when something needs attention.
See whether each flock is making money
Selling is what every day of the flock is for. Each flock has a money card showing what you’ve sold, what the flock has cost so far and its estimated profit.
- Record a sale on the flock: how many birds, their live weight and what you were paid.
- Costs come from your own purchases, oldest stock first, so each flock carries the cost of what it actually used.
- See your feed in stock and how many days it will last.

Ask MamaG, any time
MamaG is Easy Chicken Club’s AI poultry advisor. Ask her about brooding, feeding, water, temperature, litter and common flock problems. Choose the flock your question is about, and she uses its records: its age, losses, weights, feed and recent temperatures.

- WhatsApp MamaG. A person answers within 5 working hours. Send photos or videos of your birds.
- Video calls with an ECC advisor are coming later.
- A vet visit, for serious cases, where available. We help arrange one. A vet visit may cost extra, and we tell you the cost first.
MamaG gives general advice. She doesn’t replace a vet and never gives medicine doses.
When you ask a question, MamaG gets a short summary of your flock, never your name, phone number, email address or exact location.
Buy chicks, feed and vaccines together
Plan your placements a year ahead with Book my year, or add what you need in the Easy Chicken Shop. Send it to ECC, and we combine your request with those of other farmers to negotiate better prices and secure availability from our trusted supply partners.
You get a quotation in the app and on WhatsApp, with every price including VAT. Accept it, pay by EFT, and we deliver to your farm.
Coordinated procurement is available in South Africa. In other countries, you can still plan your placements and see the inputs each one needs.

The Live Broiler Map
When your birds are nearly ready, switch on Show my farm. Anyone signed in to the Easy Chicken App sees your farm’s pin, how many birds are ready now (day 35 and older) and how many are coming soon, and can chat to you on WhatsApp or get directions. They never see your records or your money. You can take your farm off the map at any time.
Your farming profile
Your track record builds itself from your finished flocks: chicks placed, FCR, losses, average sale weight and PEF. Share it with a bank, insurer, funder or extension officer as a link or a PDF. You choose what’s in it and how long the link works, and you can stop it at any time. Anyone can check that a profile is genuine at easychicken.club/verify.
Bring your team
Invite your farm manager and workers with a link on WhatsApp, and choose what each person can do. Workers record flock data but never see the money. You can also run more than one farm from one account.

- Get the app. A free download on Google Play for Android phones, or use it in your browser at app.easychicken.club.
- Sign in. Continue with Google, or use your email address and we send you a 6-digit code. No password needed.
- Add your farm. Its name and your country. Your country sets your currency and WhatsApp dialling code.
- Add your chicken house. Its name and size. The app shows how many birds fit.
- Add your flock. The day your chicks arrived and how many. Today’s tip appears, and you’re ready to record.

What it costs
The Easy Chicken App is free to download. In some countries, a subscription may apply after two free weeks: the app always tells you before you pay anything.
You also pay for:
- the inputs you get through coordinated procurement (the prices, delivery and total are in your quotation, VAT included);
- a vet visit, where available, if you need one (we tell you the cost first);
- your own phone data.
If we ever charge for a feature you already use, we’ll tell you in advance, and you choose whether to continue.

What is Easy Chicken Club?
Easy Chicken Club (ECC) is a South African company that brings small-scale commercial broiler chicken farmers together. We make the Easy Chicken App, where you record your flocks and get advice from MamaG. In South Africa, we also run coordinated procurement: we combine farmers’ requests for chicks, feed and vaccines, get prices from trusted suppliers and send each farmer a quotation.
What is MamaG?
MamaG is Easy Chicken Club’s AI poultry advisor, inside the Easy Chicken App. Ask her about brooding, feeding, water, temperature, biosecurity and common flock problems. She reads your flock’s records, so her answers use your own numbers. MamaG gives general advice: she doesn’t replace a vet and never gives medicine doses. If her answer doesn’t help, tap WhatsApp MamaG and a person will help you.
How much does it cost?
The app is free to download. In some countries, a subscription may apply after two free weeks: the app always tells you before you pay anything. You pay for the inputs you get through coordinated procurement: the prices, delivery and total are in your quotation, VAT included. A vet visit, where available, may cost extra; we tell you the cost first. We’ll never ask you to pay into a different bank account from the one on your quotation. If anyone does, don’t pay, and contact us.
Which phones does it work on?
Android phones, from Google Play. On an iPhone, a tablet or a computer, use the browser version at app.easychicken.club. Daily reminders only work in the Android app.
What do I need to start?
A phone with internet, an email address you can open (or a Google account), your farm’s name and country, and the size of your chicken house. A WhatsApp number is recommended: ECC uses it for your requests and deliveries, and buyers use it from the Live Broiler Map.
Does it work without signal?
Yes. What you record is saved on your phone and sent by itself when you have signal again. The first sign-in on a phone needs signal, and so do asking MamaG, the shop and inviting people.
My chicks are already in the house. Can I still start?
Yes. Add the flock with the day the chicks arrived. If that was more than 2 days ago, the app asks how many birds are alive today and roughly how much feed you’ve used (“I don’t know” is fine). That flock’s results show as estimated. Everything you record from today is exact.
What does the app tell me?
Each flock’s day and status (Healthy, Needs attention or Critical, with the reason), its weight against the guide for its age, its feed against what chickens of that age usually eat, whether the house was too cold or too hot, its losses against the 5% limit, the next vaccination, today’s tip, and its estimated profit and costs so far. The Dashboard compares your flocks.
Does it work for my breed?
Yes, for any commercial broiler chicken. Record the breed delivered on each flock. The guide’s targets are the same for all commercial broiler chickens.
Can my farm manager and workers use it?
Yes. Invite them from Profile → Farm with a link you send on WhatsApp, and choose their role: manager, worker or viewer. Workers record flock data but never see the money. An invite link works once, for 14 days.
Who can see my farm’s records?
You and the people you add to your farm’s team. Other farmers can’t. Your farming profile stays private until you share it. Our Privacy Policy explains how Easy Chicken Club handles your information.
Which countries can use it?
Farmers in many countries record their flocks, plan their placements and ask MamaG, with money shown in their farm’s own currency. Coordinated procurement (the Easy Chicken Shop and sending bookings to ECC) is only in South Africa for now.
How do buyers find my chickens?
Switch on Show my farm on the Live Broiler Map. People signed in to the Easy Chicken App see how many birds you have ready now (in flocks at day 35 or older) and coming soon, worked out from your records, and can contact you on WhatsApp. Any sale is between you and the buyer: agree the price before you hand over birds, and make sure the payment has cleared.
Can I sell my chickens through Easy Chicken Club?
Not directly: ECC isn’t part of the sale. Show your farm on the Live Broiler Map so people looking for chickens can find you and message you. Record each sale on the flock to see your profit.
Which languages does it use?
English for now.
How do I delete my account?
